From now on I will be posting my writing here instead of on Substack. If you are already a subscriber to my Substack (all my content is free to read) I will be posting there about how to find this blog instead.

There are a number of reasons for this. I'm not a fan of some of Substack's decisions about the content they promote, and where the money goes from paid subscribers. I'm also wanting to spend more time 'worlding' rather than 'wording' the world, but with Substack, as with most of these platforms, you need to write and promote your work regularly. I am favouring a slower, less commercial approach. And my brain was exploding with trying to keep up-to-date with all the changes on the different platforms I was using and all the distractions whilst writing or reading anything on there!

So my hope is that this will free up energy and time for more embodied things and feels much more aligned with my practice and how I live. Yes, it will mean less exposure, but many of us are wired for deeper, fewer connections than modernity would have us believe. That's the path I am coming back to.
